Baldrics are no longer being given out to players at this time.
These should be given out for contributions above and beyond the normal. Players should not be asking for these. Recipients should be chosen by GMs for deeds done just to help The Realm, not in pursuit of a baldric. Anyone asking for a baldric is would probably be a poor choice.
Green: This should be used for helpful players. It should be the more common of the two baldrics given out. Each GM may choose one helper to give one of these to.
Purple: The player must really be extremely helpful or of assistance or repeatedly so. This should be something rare, hard to earn and valuable. For a player to recieve this, a majority of the GMs must approve it first.
